TERMS & CONDITIONS
All invoices issued are payable on receipt, and payment must be received by the registration department prior to the opening of the Forum.
Unpaid amounts are due at the time of on-site registration. If your company’s policies do not allow you to make payment by the deadline, please contact the Registration Department. Please note that a credit card number will be required as a guarantee of payment for admission to the Forum.
Student proofs or membership numbers required to benefit from a reduced rate must be received by the registration department before the Forum. If this condition is not met, you will have to pay the regular fee to be admitted.
- Payments must be made in Canadian dollars (CAN$).
- Taxes in effect in Quebec at the time of registration will be charged to participants.
- Payments can be made by Visa or MasterCard (secure page on the website).
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted. The transaction will appear under the Aéro Montréal name. In the event of an error in the amount of the registration fee, AéroMontréal reserves the right to modify the total amount payable.
CANCELLATIONS
All requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to the congress registration department.
Refund of registration or booth reservation fees :
- Before March 15, 2024: 25% of the registration fee will be withheld from refund requests.
- No refunds will be granted after March 16, 2024.
In the event of cancellation of the Forum Innovation Aérospatial International, registration fees will be refunded in full.
Substitutions can be made by providing written authorization and paying a $50 fee in addition to the registration fee. Your file will then be transferred to the designated person. All replacement requests must be e-mailed to the registration department before the start of the conference.
Please note that name tags cannot be shared between several people. Only the duly registered participant whose name appears in the registration pack will be able to pick up his or her name tag on site, and no other substitutions will be permitted once the name tag has been collected.
GENERAL CONDITIONS – EXHIBITION SPACE RENTAL
- For any purchase of a ticket or kiosk at the member rate, proof of active membership will be requested for verification.
- The Exhibitor agrees that Aéro Montréal has the right to rearrange the floor plan and relocate any booth. A relocation notice shall be given to the Exhibitor.
- In case of relocation of the booth described herein, the Exhibitor agrees that it has no right to cancel its participation in the Forum or claim damages from Aéro Montréal.
- The Exhibitor shall not sublet, assign or share any or all of the space rented, or represent, advertise or distribute literature for the products or services of any other firm or individual except as approved in writing by Aéro Montréal.
- The Exhibitor agrees to hold Aéro Montréal free and harmless from any obligation in respect of damages, claims, judgments and legal fees arising out of any damage or loss of property, injury or death relating to the use of the rented space.
- The Exhibitor shall obtain the necessary insurance coverage against property loss or damage, personal injury and death as well as any liability arising therefrom (minimum coverage 2 millions) and provide to Aéro Montréal an attestation of such insurance with proof of premium payment for the duration of the Forum.
- The Exhibitor agrees that, for the purpose of the Forum, it shall conform to the guidelines and regulations listed in the Exhibitor’s Manual.
- The Exhibitor understands and agrees that it must leave the site of the Forum at the latest on April 14, 2026 at 23:59 p.m. From that time on, a penalty of $500 per hour shall be payable, and Aéro Montréal, at its sole discretion, may take necessary steps to free the rented areas, and the Exhibitor shall bear all the costs and the risks thereof.
- The Exhibitor understands that its participation in the Forum does not constitute an acknowledgement of their services and products.
- The information required to compile the Exhibitor Directory will be furnished by the Exhibitor, in the extent of its responsibility thereof, in the time frame specified by Aéro Montréal. The latter will in no case be held responsible for omissions, errors of typesetting, reproduction or other that might occur. Aéro Montréal may refuse any addition or modification of wording which is not in accordance with the general guidelines or that which may cause prejudice to other exhibitors or to the Forum itself.
- If the Forum is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of Aéro Montréal, Aéro Montréal shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the Exhibitor and shall have no other liability to the Exhibitor than the refund of that portion of the rent actually received.
- All notices, information requests, miscellaneous requests and other communications that may or must be transmitted hereunder by the one party to the other shall be sent by hand, prepaid mail, facsimile transmission or email to the address of the Forum.
- In case of cancellation, 50% of the exhibition space rental amount will be reimbursed if a cancel notice is sent to Aéro Montréal before February 28, 2026. After this date, no refund will be issued.
